These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Subscriber", "you") and SaudaScout ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the SaudaScout platform, including all content, features, data, predictions, and services offered therein.

SaudaScout is an AI-powered product intelligence platform that provides:
3.1 Subscription Fee
Access to SaudaScout requires a paid subscription of PKR 5,000 (Five Thousand Pakistani Rupees) per month, or such other amount as we may specify from time to time with advance notice.
3.2 Payment Method
Payment is made via manual bank transfer, EasyPaisa, JazzCash, or any other method specified by us. Proof of payment must be uploaded during registration. Access is activated only after manual verification by our administrator.
3.3 No Refund Policy
3.4 Subscription Renewal
Subscriptions are monthly and do not auto-renew automatically. You must make a new payment each month to maintain access. Failure to renew will result in account suspension after the current billing period ends.
3.5 Price Changes
We reserve the right to change subscription prices at any time. Price changes will be communicated at least 14 days in advance via email to your registered address.
4.1 You must be at least 18 years of age to register and subscribe.
4.2 You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. Providing false information, including fraudulent payment screenshots, is a material breach of these Terms and may constitute a criminal offence under PECA 2016.
4.3 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your account with any other person. Each subscription is for one (1) user only.
4.4 If you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account, you must notify us immediately at support@saudascout.com.
4.5 We reserve the right to terminate any account found to be shared among multiple users without additional compensation or refund.

Violation of any of the above constitutes grounds for immediate account termination without refund and may result in legal action.
All content on SaudaScout, including but not limited to: the prediction engine, algorithms, AI models, data structures, source code, UI design, product data, sourcing data, signal methodologies (E1/E2/E3/E4), and all other materials are the exclusive intellectual property of SaudaScout and its operator.
Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform for your own personal business purposes only. No ownership rights are transferred.
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
The AI predictions are based on historical data, statistical models, and external signals. Past patterns do not guarantee future results. Market conditions can change rapidly and unpredictably.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SaudaScout and its operator from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:
10.1 Termination by Us: We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, and without refund, if:
10.2 Termination by You: You may discontinue your subscription at any time by ceasing to make monthly payments. Access will continue until the end of the current paid period. No refund will be issued for the remaining portion of any paid period.
10.3 Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately. Any data you have not exported will no longer be accessible.
We do not guarantee any specific uptime. We may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance at any time. We reserve the right to modify, reduce, or discontinue any feature of the platform at any time without liability.
If we permanently discontinue the service, we will provide at least 7 days' notice by email and will not charge for the next billing period.
Product data, rank signals, pricing data, and market predictions are generated by automated systems and may contain errors. We do not manually verify every data point. You are responsible for independently verifying any information before making business decisions.
Daraz.pk is a third-party platform. Changes to Daraz's policies, algorithms, or structure may affect the accuracy of our data without notice.
13.1 Good Faith Resolution: In the event of any dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. You must email us at support@saudascout.com with a detailed description of the dispute and allow us 15 business days to respond before initiating any legal proceedings.
13.2 Jurisdiction: These Terms and any disputes arising from them shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any legal proceedings shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan.
13.3 No Class Actions: You agree that all disputes will be resolved on an individual basis. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against SaudaScout.
13.4 Limitation Period: Any claim against SaudaScout must be brought within 90 days of the event giving rise to the claim, after which the claim is permanently barred.
Uploading a fraudulent, edited, or forged payment screenshot to gain unauthorized access constitutes:
We reserve the right to pursue legal action against any user found to have submitted fraudulent payment documentation.
We may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. For material changes, we will notify you by email at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and SaudaScout regarding your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings.
